Prices you can plan around.

Telecom pricing is usually a fog. Here are our real starting points, what moves them, and exactly what a quote will and will not include.

Price drivers

What actually moves the number.

Five variables explain almost every difference between two quotes.

Building & carrier

A lit building with three fibre providers prices very differently from one that needs construction.

Bandwidth & seats

Circuit size and concurrency drive most of the monthly cost — not headcount on its own.

Term length

Longer terms buy lower rates. We show you the trade-off instead of assuming you want the longest one.

Number of sites

Multi-site contracts aggregate spend and usually earn better pricing per location.

Existing wiring

Certified cabling saves install labour. Failed runs add cost — we test before quoting new drops.

Compliance scope

Recording retention, E911 and alarm-line requirements add configuration, not margin.

Pricing questions

The fine print, in plain English.

If something here is still unclear, ask before you sign — that is what the audit is for.

All FAQs
Why do prices start "from" instead of being fixed?

Circuits are priced by address, bandwidth and term, and voice is priced by seats and features. A fixed number without those three details would be invented. The audit gives us the details, and the quote you receive is fixed for the term we agree.

Is the audit really free?

Yes. The discovery call, circuit inventory and carrier benchmark are free. If we recommend a project, you receive a written scope and price before any order is placed.

Do you charge a consulting fee?

For pure advisory work — an RFP, a bill audit with no implementation, or a design review — we quote a fixed project fee. When we implement, that work is usually absorbed into the project.

Are there installation costs?

Sometimes. Carriers charge build and install fees when a building needs construction. We negotiate those down or get them waived where possible and show them as a separate line so nothing arrives as a surprise.

What contract lengths do you recommend?

As short as the pricing supports. Three years is common for fibre because it buys a better rate; month-to-month is available for voice and managed services. We will show you the difference in cost per term.
